1.Warranty period after sale

In case of any damage to the components caused by manufacturing process or non-human factors, the customer service department will provide after-sales service to the company's repair outlets and replace the parts or the whole product as appropriate.

2.The following products are not covered by the warranty
Free samples;
Products beyond the effective warranty period;
Products without valid certificates of purchase;
Products that are not repaired, altered or dismantled by us or our authorized institutions or personnel;
Failure to install, store and use the product in accordance with the requirements of the product manual and the nature of the product, resulting in failure or damage to the product;
Abrasion and scratches caused by normal use of the product, but it does not affect the normal use of the product;
Serious damage to the shell (including deformation, oxidation, corrosion, etc.) caused by non-quality problems;
Artificial damage caused by improper use or negligence, such as improper connection of power supply, voltage, improper use of non-compliance with the instructions, impact, fall and other undesirable;
Products malfunctioning or damaged due to natural disasters, such as lightning strike, earthquake, flood, fire, etc.;

Other products that are malfunctioning or damaged not due to product quality reasons.

3.Within the warranty period
When the quality of the product itself has a problem, our company is responsible for the repair service of defective lights after returning to the factory or deliver the spare parts;If not within the scope of warranty, our company will charge for maintenance.
